Obituary of Bruce David MacNeil
McNEIL, Bruce David – age 69 of Shubenacadie, passed away suddenly on Saturday, May 15th, 2021. Born in Halifax, he was the son of the late Joseph and Ramona (McKinnon) McNeil.
Bruce was a valued member of the community and was always willing to lend a hand or help someone in need. He worked for Shaw Brick in Lantz for over 30 years and was a dedicated employee. He loved the outdoors and was always tinkering and fixing things up. He will be forever dearly missed by a lot of people.
Bruce is survived by his wife, Theresa; brother, Francis “Gary” and many foster relatives.
Besides his parents, Bruce is predeceased by his foster parents, Albert and Cleta McPhee and other foster family members. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Ettinger Funeral Home, Shubenacadie. A service will take place at a later date.
