Obituary of Maria Luca

LUCA, Maria - age 90 of Nine Mile River, formally of Cambridge, Ontario, passed away peacefully on April 4, 2022 at home surrounded by her family. Born in Dereneo, Moldova, she was a daughter of the late Deonice and Stepanida Dercach.

Maria is survived by her children, Alexandra (Yuri), Ivan (Valentina) and Anatoli (Zinida); six grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.

Besides her parents, Maria was predeceased by her husband, Constantine.

A private funeral service will be held at Ettinger Funeral Home, Shubenacadie.

The family would like to extend their gratitude to the Palliative Care Team and to the staff at VON for their care of Maria.
