Obituary of Beatrice Anne Levy
LEVY, Beatrice Anne “Bea” – age 77 of Shubenacadie, passed away peacefully on August 18, 2022 at the Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. Born on August 10, 1945, in Pictou, she was a daughter of the late Hugh and Alma (Williamson) MacMillan.
Beatrice was dedicated to her work. She proudly ran Bee MacMillan accounting for the past 15 years, and had been a former manager at Scotia Bank, Toronto for over 25 years. She also spent several years assisting with the management of the Canadian College Italy in Lanciano.
Beatrice is survived by her son David (Mary) MacNeil; grandchildren, David and Candace; great grandson, Myles; brother, Robert “Bob” (Rosalita) MacMillan; niece and nephews, Genaya, David, Robert; sister-in-law, Judy.
Besides her parents she was predeceased by her husband, Terry; brother, John; sister Mary Jane.
Visitation will be held 1pm on Monday, August 22, 2022 at St. Bridget’s Roman Catholic Church until time of service at 2pm, Father Andrew Rembarczyk officiating. Cremation will take place after the service and a private family interment will be held at a later date.
