WILD, Mary Shirley, Shubenacadie, beloved wife of Gordon Wild, passed away at the age of 74, on July 31, 2013 in the Victoria General Hospital, Halifax. Born in Milton, Ontario, on November 6, 1938, she was the daughter of the late George and Anna (Whitney) Henry. She lived in Shubenacadie for the last 20 years. She lived a long fulfilled life nurturing a family dream of Wild Nature Camping Ground built with love. She leaves behind her husband Gordon, son William Wild, daughter Valarie Horney; four grandchildren; five great grandchildren; sister Alice (Ross) Ledrew, Fergus, ON; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by four sisters and two brothers. Cremation has taken place under the care of Ettinger Funeral Home. At Mary's request there will be no visitation or funeral service.
