MILLER (TEED), Marilyn Hazel - 66, Gays River, passed away at Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro on July 29, 2013. Born in Truro and raised in Masstown she was a daughter of the late Russel and Eleanor (Jennings) Teed. Marilyn had been an administrative assistant for Dr. Adams for many years. She enjoyed crossword puzzles and working on the computer. She will be sadly missed by her life partner Doug Benjamin, daughter Rhonda Cherneski, Dauphin, Manitoba; son Jeff (Marcie) Miller, Ottawa; son -in-law Andrew Ryan, Oakfield; grandchildren Erika, Calvin, Duncan, Evelyn, Mikayla, Shae-Lynn and Leah; sisters Norma Teed Purdy (Kendall), Truro; Brenda Morrisey (Wade), Truro; nieces Meghan and Lauren, nephews Andrew and Aaron. She was predeceased by her daughter Shelley Ryan, niece Jessica Purdy. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be 7-9pm, Thursday in Ettinger Funeral Home, 2812 Highway 2, Shubenacadie . A funeral service will be held 2pm, Friday in Gays River United Church, Gays River. Burial to follow in the Gays River Cemetery.
