Obituary of Edgar Francis Clench

CLENCH, Edgar Francis – age 88 of Enfield passed away January 21, 2020 in Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. Born in Shoal Harbour, NL, he was a son of the late Mark and Dorothea (Bugden) Clench. Ed was an aircraft mechanic engineer and retired from Air Canada in 1991. He is survived by his wife, Philomena (Tobin); daughter, Angela McKenna (Brian); grandchildren, Nicholas and Marissa; great grandson, Carter; many nieces and nephews. Ed was the last surviving member of his immediate family. Besides his parents he was predeceased by siblings, Alex, Florence and Raymond. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Ettinger Funeral Home, Shubenacadie. Family services and burial will take place in Clarenville, NL, this summer.
