My first memory of Ron was him trying to open the washroom door at the store on O'Brian Street in Windsor. No-one had told him the knob was broken and all you had to do was pull. Through the years we worked together Ron was always the same, smiling and friendly to all, always ready with a story and a lunch box full of the best sweets ever.
Although we haven't seen Ron very often in the last few years, Bonnie and I enjoyed our visits with him and Erma at their home in Hantsport. We would tell some great stories over a cup of tea and some of Erma's great cookies and cakes.
We are truly sorry to hear of his passing and our thoughts and prayers are with Erma and the rest of the family at this very difficult time.
