JULIAN, Carl Francis Jr. – age 43 of Indian Brook, passed away unexpectedly at his residence in Toronto on February 1, 2021. Born in Truro, he was a son of Carl and Wendy (Solomon) Julian.
Carl Jr. was a lobster fisherman for many years with his brothers. He enjoyed playing online games and card games. He was very fashionable and was always dressed nice; he especially loved his sports jerseys. He was kind and helpful to others and was always willing to lend a helping hand when he could.
Carl Jr. is survived by his parents, Carl and Wendy; his children, Bryden and Olivia Johnson-Julian; the mother of his children, Krystal Johnson; siblings, Sammy-Jo, Cynthia, Clayton, Nimkeek, Cody (Cherie), Jacob, Robert, Peter, Raymond; his godmother, Carol Howe; godchildren, Carissa and Treasure; many aunts and uncles; several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his grandparents, Peter & Mary Agnes Julian, Madeline Solomon and Gordon Howe; uncles, Clarence, Carl (Quizzy), Louie and Robert; aunts, Angeline, Gloria, Linda Ann and Azhibik.
A wake will be held 1 PM Wednesday, February 10th at 108 Brown Flats Road, Indian Brook. A funeral service will be held 2 PM Saturday, February 13th at St. Kateri’s Roman Catholic Church, Indian Brook, Fr. Ron Cairns officiating. Cremation will follow. COVID-19 provincial regulations apply; masks must be worn and social distancing guidelines must be adhered to.
