Margot Belanger posted a condolence

I am so sorry to learn, however belatedly, of Uncle George's passing. He and Aunt Hazel were so special to my parents, Edna and Eric Isenor. Their visits "Down Home" were centred around their stay in Shubinacadie and the warmth and hospitality that was waiting for them. I have no doubt that the four of them are having a rousing game of Auction 45s up in Heaven! Take comfort from the wonderful memories you all share of your remarkable parents. My deepest sentiments, Margot Belanger (née Isenor)

To the Barbrick family:
Please accept our sincere condolences for your loss
George truly made a quiet steady impact through commitment in volunteering his many talents to any organizations requiring support. On a personal note: George always supported efforts to ensure the Shubenacadie United Church was moving forward without asking for any personal recognition.
May our collective cherished memories of him, bring comfort to all, at this very difficult time.

Dear Linda, Arlene, Cynthia, Shelley, Becky, and Geordie and families,
Uncle Geordie, as we always referred to him, was a wonderful, kind man. He was always so sharply dressed and spoke kindly of everyone. I mostly think of his contagious laughter. Hold your wonderful memories of him and your mom and may these help bring you comfort in the weeks and months ahead.

My sympathy to all of the family. I love your Father's school of "use it up, wear it out, or do without". We heard somewhat the same thing, but he had a more refined way of expressing it. Ruth Rogers
