Maria, Anna, Peter (Michelle), Margaret, Angela; and all your family;
Our sincerest condolences in the loss of your Mum. She was a special lady that was so appreciated by so many in our community including us! We enjoyed many good times at Legion functions, the Thursday afternoon socials for sure and the chances we got to dance over the years! She had so many friends and had a heart big enough for us all!
Life was not easy for her in the end and so hard for your all to see. Hold on to all your beautiful special memories, as will we. Her heavenly reward is now surrounding her. God bless!
To all her special grandchildren, Tyrel, Jacob, Nicole, Justin, Johnathan, Ryan, Kayla, Megan; our sincerest condolences to each of you.
To Shirley, Doreen, Patsy, Barbara, Bernice, Rod (Joan), Danny (Shirley); sister-in-law, Linda it is hard to lose another sibling,
but we that are blessed with large families are gifted with such support that may you only feel gratitude for each memory you have.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Im so sorry that your Mom has passed away.
I never knew her but I’m so sure that she taught you so many things throughout your life that have made you the wonderful person you are today. I hope that you find comfort in all the wonderful memories and moments in life that bring a smile to your face and warmth in your heart knowing that your Mom is with you wherever you are. Whether on the beach, walking on a trail or playing with your grandchildren. She is there in the whisper of the wind, and the twinkling stars guiding you throughout your life.
Thinking about you and hope that you find comfort in all the wonderful memories that you share together with your siblings over the months and years to come.

Sad to hear of Joan's death. When I was a kid, she worked where the Home Hardware store is now. We referred to the store as "Emma's." I thought Joan owned the store, and that her name was Emma. To this day, I remember buying candy from Emma (Joan) and thinking how nice she was. You need to be pretty special to impress a kid. Joan was pretty impressive. Sincerely, Wayne Garden

Joan was a special lady and always had a smile and a hug, and oh how she loved the music and dancing! It was hard to see her health decline, and I believe she is now dancing with the angels; but she will be missed by everyone who knew her.
May the love and support of family and friends bring comfort to you all.
Take care and God Bless,
