Obituary of Rosella Hennigar

HENNIGAR, (Turple) (Tipping) Rosella Letitia "Rose" - 91, Truro/Maple Grove, passed away peacefully with family by her side on January 6, 2014 at Wynn Park Villa, Truro. Born in Upper Kennetcook, she was a daughter of the late Ervin and Nada (Laffin) Turple. Rose worked at several places, most notably I.M.P. and the County Home, South Maitland. She was a member of the Anglican Church Women. She will be sadly missed by her children Robert (Liz) Tipping, Drums, Pennsylvania; Bonnie (Ray) Brightman, Maitland; Diane Ross (Dave Wyman), Lower Sackville; grandchildren Arlene, Gail, Tonya, Scott, Anthony "A.J.", David, Darren and Danielle; several great grandchildren; sister Mildred O'Toole, Upper Kennetcook; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her first husband James Tipping, an infant daughter Carol Jane, grandson Devin James White, brothers Eric, Ernie, Sherwood "Sherd" and Leroy "Tom". Cremation has taken place under the care of Ettinger Funeral Home. Funeral service 11 am, Monday, January 13, 2014 in St. John the Baptist Anglican Church, Latties Brook, Rev. Beverly DeVouge officiating. Family flowers only, donations in memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Nova Scotia or a charity of your choice.
