Obituary of Brenda Jean O'Grady

O’GRADY, Brenda Jean – age 69 of Lantz, passed away peacefully on January 31, 2024, in Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. Born in Higginsville, she was a daughter of the late Gordon and Muriel (Hamilton) Bellefontaine.

Brenda is survived by her husband, Sean; daughter, Jodie; granddaughter, Shanie; brother, John “Jack”; Irene Burgess; sister-in-law, Denise Bellefontaine; brother-in-law, Danny (Donna) O’Grady; many nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by sister, Eleanor Killen; brother, David; brothers-in-law, Harry Burgess and Bob Killen; sister-in-law, Linda Bellefontaine.

Cremation has taken place under the care of Ettinger Funeral Homes Shubenacadie and Elmsdale. In keeping with Brenda’s wishes there will be no visitation or funeral service.
