Obituary of Lottie Almina Parker
PARKER (HARVEY) Lottie Almina - age 89, of Middle Musquodoboit, formerly of Fort Ellis. It is with sad hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mom, nanny, nan and “great”, Lottie Almina Parker (Harvey) on May 2, 2024, peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones. Born in Saint John, NB, she was a daughter of the late Charles Harvey and Lottie (Dobson) Harvey.
Lottie was a beautiful soul, who lived for her family. She was always there with arms wide open. Her grandchildren and great grandchildren meant a lot to her. She loved nature and her cats, Ginger, Cinnamon and Macy. She was an avid gardener and a lover of nature.
She is survived by her children, Philip (Rita) Lake, Vera (Rick) Lindsay, Jimmy Parker, Timmy Parker and Sherry Clorey; grandchildren, Melissa White, Anastasia Olynych, Tamara Olynych, Jeremy Lake, John Brightman, Kyle Parker and Brooke Parker; several great grandchildren; sister, Joanne (Jim) Murphy; sister-in-law, Linda Harvey.
Predeceased by her husband, Paul Parker; daughter Vivian Brightman; brothers John, Edward and Charles; sisters, Martha, Maria, Margaret and Dorothy.
Visitation will be held 6-8 PM, Sunday, May 5, 2024, in Ettinger Funeral Home, 2812 Highway 2, Shubenacadie. Graveside committal service 11am, Monday, May 6, in Pine Grove Cemetery, Stewiacke East, Rev'd David LeBlanc officiating.
