Lorna was one of the first staff members I met on my first day at my new job at Riverside Education Centre in the summer of 1998. I did not know Lorna well before that day, but in no time we got to know each other very well and became great friends at work and outside work. We definitely had lots of great chats, laughs and fun times together, memories I will cherish forever. As someone said to me today, Lorna was a “hoot”, I thought, this is so true. After Lorna retired we continued to get together, always trying to do our annual summer luncheons at Sheila Robinson’s, it was always so nice to catch up and to reminisce about the “old” days at REC. Derek and I are sending our condolences to all of Lorna’s family, you are in our thoughts at this sad and difficult time ❤️ Michelle Bailey
