Obituary of Harley Zwicker

ZWICKER, Harley Richard "Rick" - 72 of Sutherland's Lake, formerly of Shubenacadie, passed away peacefully September 18, 2014 surrounded by family. Born in Hillsvale, he was the son of the late Harley and Clara (Curry) Zwicker. Rick was a professional truck driver until the day he retired. He will be sadly missed by daughters, Kathy (Carl) Barr, Sherry Hannam, his grandchildren- who affectionately called him "Mingie", Brian, Jason, Greg, Alicia and Danica, six great grandchildren, sisters Carole (Burton) MacPhee and Faye Curry, two nieces and two nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Judy, brother in-law David Curry. Cremation has taken place. Visitation will be held Monday September 22, 2014 from 7-9pm at Ettinger Funeral Home, 2812 Highway 2, Shubenacadie. As per his request a private family ceremony will be held at a later date.
