Joanne was a dear and precious friend. She was one of the kindest, caring, gentle and wisest people that I know--she was always willing to give of herself to help others. I had the honor of working alongside Joanne in Indian Brook--she was a wonderful colleague who made notable contributions in her job. We supported one another during times of adversity at work and I will never forget that she stood beside me during this difficult period. She was a loyal friend and like a sister to me, and I will miss her immensely. I will miss our daily chats and the adventures and laughter that we shared. I feel blessed to have had her as my friend. I take comfort in knowing that Joanne is with 'Gram' and her brothers in heaven and feel assured that she will continue to guide us and watch over us, as she did in life. She is with the creator now, and at peace. My heartfelt condolences go out to Papa, Marie, Eileen and her children--Chad, Andy, Holly and Guy and her grandchildren--Kretia and Michael. " A light from our world is gone, A voice we loved is stilled, A place is vacant in our heart, Which never can be filled" Heaven has an angel. Rest easy now my friend, till we meet again. God's Blessings, Lynda and daughter Alexandra

I am saddened to hear about the loss of Joanne. Joanne had an outstanding trait of kindness and gentleness: it was present in every conversation, each soft word she spoke. Her family and friends, as well as the community will dearly miss Joanne; for she had a positive impact on the lives of so many. Like her mother, Joanne had a sweet soul.

Sadden to hear of (Baby) Joanne's passing. I have fond memories of the summers I spent with the Robinson Family in Shubenacadie!! Memories that I share with my family today. It's hard to understand why people are taken from us, but find comfort in knowing you were a special part of such a wonderful life. Debi
