Mercedes and Family ,
I just today, November 10, 2015 learned of Bill`s passing . Needless to say I was shocked to hear of this and I take this opportunity to pass on my deepest sympathy to the family . I recall the many happy and pleasant memories of Bill, the `gentle soldier `that he was when I lived in Nova Scotia back in the early 80`s .
My thoughts are with you all at this time .
With the greatest of respect,

Mercedes and family...Very sorry to hear of Bill's passing...I was always confident when we had to call on Bill for help...John and Don and me...we really depended on Bill...
I know that your memories are much different from my work related ones, but I always thought of Bill as a good (big!)friend.

Dear Mercedes, Susan and Michael,
Please accept our sincere condolences on the passing of someone so dear to you all. Bill certainly was a special person - the epitome of "the strong, silent type" - though not so quiet with those who knew him well!
He was a great neighbour for so many years, as were you all. Bill was always ready to lend a helping hand, and bring his many talents to assist a person in need.
We are sorry not to be there with you to celebrate his life. Prior commitments take us out of town today.
May you feel the uplifting comfort of the Holy Spirit and the encouragement from the many friends who support you in your loss.
You are in our prayers.
Don and Vivian

Mercedes, I am in shocked and deeply saddened that we won’t be able to meet with Bill again but be assured his memories will be shared. I just want to let you and your family know that working closely with Bill as a part of a small team for 20 years left me with great respect and appreciation for his abilities and character. No matter what time of day or night Bill would drop everything to assist a co-worker in any way he could. He was a person who was generous, considerate and always stood by his principles. Doris and I offer our deepest sympathy on the loss of Bill to you and your family.
