Obituary of Marguerite Estelle Roulston

ROULSTON, Marguerite Estelle, Elmsdale, NS / Kitscoty, AB passed away on October 25, 2015 in Vermillion, AB. Margie, as she was fondly known, was born and raised in West Clifford, Nova Scotia. As a young woman she moved to Elmsdale to work and it was there that she met Allan, her husband of fifty years. She moved to Kitscoty to live with daughter Phyllis in 2012. Margie is predeceased by her husband, Allan; sisters Ruby, Sylvia and Phyllis; brothers Aubrey and Arthur. She is survived by her daughters Phyllis (Ray) of Kitscoty, AB, and Pat (Vic) of Nelson, BC; her grandchildren Katie (Jason) of Chilliwack, BC, Shane and RJ (Jen) and great grandchildren Olivia, Mollie and Lily, all of Calgary, AB. Margie is also survived by sister-in-law Stella, nieces Eleanor, Gertrude (Ian), Gayle (Paul), and nephews Jim (Chris), Philip (Paula), Keith and several grand nieces and nephews. Margie loved to laugh and she enjoyed watching TV, knitting, good meals and especially having coffee at Tim Horton's. She will be missed by all who knew her. . Cremation has taken place, a funeral service will be held 2pm Tuesday May 10, 2016 at St. Matthew’s Presbyterian Church, Elmsdale, Rev Beth Mattinson officiating.
