Obituary of Jarvis Kent De Conde

de Condé, Jarvis – of Shubenacadie passed away suddenly on Aug. 7. He devoted his life to his family and his clients. Jarvis never heard a joke he didn’t like and never forgot a joke once he heard it. He loved nothing more than a witty quip to make him laugh out loud, and he always had a quick comeback. He would want to be remembered for his vast knowledge of insurance, and his rousing sense of humor. He was the husband of Charlene, father of Rachel (Rob Salsman), Rebecca (Sean Holden) and many beloved pets, and brother to Joy Venters. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Ettinger Funeral Home, Shubenacadie. A Celebration of his Life will be held on Monday, Aug. 14, at 11 a.m. at the Cathedral Church of All Saints, 1330 Cathedral Lane, Halifax.
