So sorry to hear about Aunt Eunice's passing. I always looked forward to seeing her and Uncle Ivan at the family get togethers that (Grammy and Grampy) Edna and Carl would host and then Aunt Margaret. They were like an extra set of Grandparents to us. They were always interested in what we were up to and loved to follow our antics. Uncle Ivan would always tease that he always knew my and his age because he was 50 when I was born and it was easy to calculate. We always knew that if Aunt Eunice was at a family get together, then so were her Rolls". They were the BEST!!! I hope someone has her recipe. I would love to have it, if someone has a copy of it.
