Obituary of Luella Blanche Leonard

LEONARD, Luella Blanche – age 87, of Middle Sackville passed away peacefully with her daughter by her side in the QEII- Infirmary Site, Halifax on May 18, 2019. Born in Chaswood, she was a daughter of the late Fred and Jean (Blades) Zwicker and stepmother, Margaret.

Luella is survived by her daughter, Karen; six loving grandchildren, Corrie, Jonathan, Rocco, Elisabeth, Katherine, Jake; one brother and four sisters.

Luella was predeceased by two sons, Richard and Steven; one daughter, Sandra; husband, Alden; one brother and one sister.

Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Ettinger Funeral Home, Shubenacadie.

A private graveside service will be held in Gays River United Church Cemetery.
