My condolences to Judy, Nicole, Natalie, Danny, and the extended family. It was certainly a shock to me when I was informed of Ken's passing. Being a fellow businessman and trucker not only in the trucking community, but also from the corridor area of East Hants, Ken and myself not only shared a friendship in conducting business with one another, we also supported each others business.Ken would allow me to store my waste cans in his compound, first to recommend my business to others, and most importantly, if I called to have a waste can delivered or one of my smaller vehicles in my fleet required towing, without fail, or any questions, I could depend on Ken day or night, holiday or weekend, it did not matter. I could always bank on Ken's help and support. Many of times in just friendly conversations we would always share a truckers story or tale, which usually ended in a good laugh regardless of the challenges that we sometimes shared with each other! Ken will be greatly missed by myself as a great friend, for well over 35 years, and missed by my company in so many ways from support to overcoming a challenge that needed attention at a given moment. Ken is definitely a heart felt loss to our business community as well as a pillar to his family.i will wear Ken's big heart on my sleeve and I truly want to express to his family that I am truly sorry for your loss!
